If you are talking about CUCM, then just add the line in the corresponding line group.

How Hunt Works is

 - Hunt Pilot:- The Pilot number which you call.  Hunt Pilot contains  Hunt List

    - Hunt List :- Hunt list contains single or multiple LIne Groups.

      - Line Group :- Line group contains all users DN.  >>>>>FInd the Line Group associated with your Hunt Pilot  Add new users extensions to line group.

Thanks and appreciated your help Nithin. I am very new to Unified Communications. I will try with your demographic steps. Hopefully I can catch up. 

User requested for this with couple of extension number. At first I do not know from the DN number how to find which group should add them. So I will try with your update above on "Line group" and try to add them.
