Hi,

I'm wondering that why BE7K is preconfigured 2 virtual disks with Raid5.

Is it can be able to reconfigure it to raid6 ?   Any things that we need to consider ?

The 6K and the 7K are TRCs, the BU determined that option would meet the requirements for the applications to work as expected, according to their testing.

If you change the HW, or change the RAID config, it will NO longer be considered a TRC, and you'll drop the level of support from TRC, to UC on UCS spec based, and under such scenario, it would now become mandatory for you to deploy vCenter to be supported by Cisco, and it would be your responsibility to make sure your RAID choice meets the IOPS requirements for all the apps.
