I found something interesting in phone's logs...
While connected on a call, it suddently looses connectivity for a fraction of seconds and that determines the loose of connectivity to the CUCM (media stream) and drops the call,

Please Check with your local network engineer the cabling and the L2 path of for that phone. If you have a chance to change the cable patch on the wall (a second one) or simply the cable, that would the very firt test.
