Hi , was wandering if anyone had applied this patch yet? i need to do this soon and wanted to make sure there weren't any unpleasant side affects

Even though the post is an year old but worth mentioning that I had applied the patch 1 year and half ago and had no issues other than the long wait with the butterflies whilst it upgraded. 

Oh yeah few reboots as well.

The trick is not to apply the patch until you upgrade Callmanager.If you do then the user accounts won't come across properly from CUCM.
