I've ordered the PUT upgrade for 10.x and received all the DVDs. Installed PCD and built the 3 CM VMs. Now, to sftp the 10.5 ISO to the PCD server but, where is it? It's not on any of the DVDs and I cannot find it online to download. Do I have to do an ISO burn of the DVDs???

Bootable media is not available on cisco.com, you would need to turn your physical DVD into an ISO image, or you could re-order and ask for e-delivery to get them as ISO.
If you're going to make the image, make sure to follow the naming guidelines for cisco images, otherwise PCD won't recognize them.

I did request e-delivery and I've never received anything, no email to download it, etc. I just went through it again, requested eDelivery, entered my email address on the shipping screen "For eDelivery", still had to select a shipping address and shipping contact.
Got an email, again, confirming my upgrade order. That's all I've ever received.

Hi Pamela,
After u placed the order , did u receive any mail from mp-upgrades-xxxx@cisco.com stating the order details /Contract Number/PUT details/Item requested/Shipping Contact.
If u did not get the mail, then, order is not placed.
If u get this mail, then, after 3-4 days, u should get the mail from edelivery-support@cisco.com stating order is ready for download.
regds,
aman

I have received all of the mp-upgrades emails. I searched my email box and have nothing from edelivery.
I opened a ticket with Cisco about it and received a Special File Access link to download the CUCM 10.5 ISO. He has asked for details on what file I needed, bootable/non-bootable, etc. I explained that I need the ISO that PCD will require in order to migrate 8.5 to 10.5, MCS to VM. The file that was given to me for download is:
Bootable_UCSInstall_UCOS_10.5.2.11900-3.sgn.iso
I hope that is the right one! I told him that I did not know if the file that was required needed to be bootable or not.

Yes, you need bootable media for the migration process.
