Which ESXi License from MCE?

In MCE I see I can place a put order for both BE6/7K-VIRTBASP-7X and BE6/7K-VIRTENH-7X.

However, I am not sure which order I should place for which server or does it not matter?

I have a mix of C220M4, C240M4 and 1 C240M5.
