Will CUAC console operator software auto recovers a network restore?

I have a question about Cisco Unified Attendance console - Advanced, version 11.0.1, as we have a scenario of our CUAC server is located in the data centre and the client console is located in different country, here it comes the problem we have faced many times over the last 6 month time, since we had our MPLS dropped between sites and the backup VPN path is used to restore the connectivity among the subjected site and data centre, but when they get restored with the connectivity (in the matter of very few seconds) the CUAC console client didn’t auto recover for the restored connection, and the operator was unable to login.

The work around we had was to restart the "Cisco Unified Attendant Server" service, after the service restart the console operator was able to login.

The question I have, is this something expected or desired behaviour of a CUAC Console operator software? or  by default can the CUAC console operator auto recovers for any network interruptions to data centre.

It would be nice if someone could share any of their experience.

Thank you.
