WIM / EIM error 500

Hi,

I have a collocated EIM WIM where one server runs the application, services and database and the other server runs the web server. After performing the post installation steps i get the error 500 when i try accessing the default / system partition URL under the Cisco interaction manager.

Something else to note is that my EIM and WIM are not in a domain so i am using the same user on both servers defined locally. Is it a must for these servers to be in a domain since the installation guide refers to the "domain user" ? thanks Gurus

what version of EIM is this?

You need have ports open from web server to the app server for dynamic requests (15006,7,8).

There could be some additional things that we might have to check, I would recommend to open a eGain case to investigate the issue further.
