Windows 2010 and Unity Connection Recording JRE Plugin

Has anyone tried to use Windows 10 and accessing the Unity Connection 8.6.X Recording Playback on the UCX web page and had any positive results? I have tried it with Edge Browser and with IE and when I launch the plugin, it will not install and allow me to again access.

This typically is not cased by the OS but Java version.  This question has been asked many times before and you can search for different answers.  Alternatively you could use Audio Text Manager application:
