Hi can someone point me in the right direction with the following issue:
We are running cisco unified attendant console ver. 8.6.2.11. calls comes into unity and is fowarded to the attendant console for the receptionist to answer. it has been working fine for a while now and just recently when the receptionist answers the call, there would be a slight delay before we can hear each other, making you say hello twice since the first one was not connected yet. it seems that the delay is anywhere from 1 to 3 seconds long sometimes. Could this be an issue with the CTI point or maybe the TSP?
