Background image Cisco 7960

I have Two customers registered on my CUCM 10.0 , each customer has 5 IP Phones Model 7960  "Total 10 IP Phones". Actually the customers need to display Company Logo on IP Phone, after adding on TFTP the two Background for both of them in user preference option the Two different company logos are displayed . now i need to isolate so each company can only display its logo in user preference and can't see the other company logo.how can this be achieved.

Hi Hassan,

I haven't checked for 7940 but you can try the method used for 99XX series phones in the post below using the Enable end user access to phone background image setting

For this to work, in any phone model, you'd need to have the files in different TFTP server, and point the phones to them accordingly.
