Hi Yazen,

BE7000H: this high-density model typically supports between five to ten collaboration applications in deployments sized for 1000 to 5000 users, 3000 to 15,000 devices, and multiple sites. For more capacity to support larger sized deployments, stack additional servers as required. And in smaller sized deployments with less than 1000 users, typically more applications can be supported per server.

BE7000M: this medium-density model typically supports between four to six collaboration applications in deployments sized for 1000 to 5000 users, 3000 to 15,000 devices, and multiple sites. For more capacity to support larger sized deployments, simply stack additional servers. And in smaller sized deployments with less than 1000 users, typically more applications can be supported per server.

Mailbox related query will be dependent on the Unity Connection deployment as well, however the users and devices limit on cucm will be enforced as per above.

Dear Manish

sorry my questions regarding

How many number of agents ?

How many number of Presnece ?

How many number of Mailbox ?

I dont need number of Users and Devices.

thanks

Hi Yazen,

Agents are nothing but IP phones configured on cucm, so the limit of max devices comes into play here.

Number of Presence? Presence will be configured for devices / users, so the same limits apply.

Mailbox - As i said earlier mailbox is a Unity connection feature. You will be limited by the number of users for BE7000, the number of ports for VM will be dependent on Unity connection platform chosen by you, its not controlled by cucm on version 10.x.

Let me know if this helps.

Manish

The short answer, is that there are no pre-defined limits for apps in a 7K, the same limits that apply to a regular deployment of ANY of the apps you're asking about, apply to 7K, the term 7K is merely a marketing term.

How many IM&P??? Depends on whether they're full UC, or IM only, and what OVA you deploy.

For the other apps, see what OVA you're going to deploy, it will tell how many users, or read the documentation for the app to get that answer.

Since the OVA for Unity CxN, CUCM, IM&P etc is users based only so even if they give you the option of deploying for more than 5k users, you can only deploy it for 5k users maximum on a single BE7K M/H server.

Deepak
