Can someone advise me when you daisy chain two Cisco 8831 conference units can you then use two sets of external mic kits (one set connected to each unit) or are you still limited to one set?
Checking the following page I found that two conference units can be linked with the daisy chain cable, The primary unit could have external mics (wired and wireless) as for the second unit only could have external wired microphone. Can you tell me if this configuration is correct ??
if you are using wired mics in daisy chained mode, you would attach one to each of the bases. If wireless you would use the primary unit to pair via the phone UI.
