CUAC "Do not disturb" error

David Coelho

Tried searching but cannot find this error.

This is for my attendant. She has a Cisco Agent number on one device (7946 phone) and logs into Agent fine.

When she tries to log into CUAC, however, there is an error message that states:

Your phone has been set to do not disturb. You will not be able to answer any more calls unless you change your phone settings.

Log out

The phone is not on DND and it is taking calls fine.

Any ideas?

Hi David,

I would suggest you to remove the phone association from the application user and uncheck the CTI control of phone, save the settings.

Re-assign the phone to the application user and enable the CTI control.
