Hello All,
Can someone advise on how the Licence removal tool for Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console (CUEAC) works.
I have two issues that made me request for this:
1. I install the CUEAC on a system but each time a client version is logged on the database is not connecting as a result directory of users is not loaded. Everything is not enable.
2. I installed a copy on a system with higher processing capability but I discovered that I cannot activate the license. In the process I came across the removal tool on the application site but I do not know how it works.
Kindly assist to provide assistance towards resolve the above issues.
