Dear colleagues,
I am facing a problem regarding the Jabber MRA solution.
When calling from mobile phone to mobile phone, there is no video capabilities exchanged.
The devices are enabled for video in CUCM.
Call flow that works: jabber for windows (internet) -> jabber for windows (LAN) => video works fine on both sides
Call flow that fails: iphone (internet) -> android (internet) => no video
Any ideas??
PS: low-bandwidth disabled on both mobile phones; camera permission enabled for jabber for iphone

Hi Andre,
Can you go to Settings->call options->call capability over cellular network, and select "Audio and Video".
If this setting is correct then you can collect a Problem report from the affected clients for a test call and post here.

I'm having the same problem but I've verified my jabber call settings are correct. I can actually use the same client on a different system and it works fine.
Any other ideas?
