There are a number of ways this can occur, but more information is really needed to start checking things:

1.  Has this EVER worked?

2. If it was working before, was anything upgraded (CUCM, IMP, Expressway)?

3. If it was working before, did you install new SSL certificates on anything?

4. If it was working before, have any changes been made on the firewall?

The answers to these questions will help narrow things down.  But if the response is "it worked yesterday, but it's not working now", then essentially we just have to go through and methodically check pretty much everything.

Can you provide answers to the above, and maybe any other background information that might be useful?
