Dears,
I have two CUCM 7.1.5 servers with hardware MCS 7816I4, but i can't see the model number and firmware version of HDD. I just did a "show hardware" and "utils create report hardware" "file get activelog platform/log/.." CLI commands, but the information doesn´t appear (please look the attached TXT files). How can i see it?
