Hi Everyone
I worked for a company in the past that you were able to dial *12345 as an example and by dialing that it would take you right to a users VM. I want to implement this feature at my new job and I wanted to know if someone could tell me what steps I would take to get this feature setup.

Hi Eric,
Which VM do you have in your setup ?
As far as I understood from your post that, if simply someone dials xxxxx from their CUCM' phone then this will take them to voice mail and after that they can listen their voice messages after authentication success. If yes, then this a very basic thing in CUCM and it is implemented once while CUCM-Voice mail integration.
Please clarify above points so it will be easy to explain.

Thanks Rob
I actually got a hold of the documentation from my previous job on how to set it up and it's the exact same as what you outlined in the link.
