MeetingPlace App Server 7.0.3.4 Restore to Different Hardware

I need to replace the MeetingPlace 7.0.3.4 application server to different hardware.  I was planning on installing the server software and restoring data from backup, I know that I need to contact Cisco about MAC address change. I am reading the documentation and see a prerequisite package that has to be installed before the software install. I think this does not apply to my situation, correct?

Yes it does not apply to your situation, When we are doing a fresh install then we dont need to install the prerequisite package.
