I recently upgraded our Cisco Unity Connection installation from 8.6 to 10.5. After the upgrade I uninstalled the old version of RTMT and installed the 10.5 version from Unity Connection. When I go to the critical services section in RTMT and select the Unity Connection Tab I do not get the list of services. At 8.6 I did not have this problem. I have verified Cisco Serviceability Reporter is activated and running. I also ensured my user account has Audit Administrator and System Administrator roles. Can anyone tell me if there is anything I missed that needs to be setup? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I do not have this issue with our recently upgraded CUCM from 8.6 to 10.5
