Unity and Call Manager

I have different call handlers for each one of my sites. Each call handler has its own extension assigned to it. After the greeting its going to transfer to an operators extension. My question is this, What do i need to do in call manager to setup a way for DID Forward to occur. For Example, A call comes in at a remote site which is assigned a DID number. I want call manager to see that DID number as forward to the extension for the greeting that is for that site. Is this possible with call manager?

Hello,

You can do this on the CallManager several ways; with a translation pattern, a CTI route point, or a dummy phone that is set to forward all to Unity.

Make sure the number you are forwarding from in CallManager matches that CallHandler extension.

The same goes for the CallManager, either create a phone that matches that DID, or a translation pattern that matches it and then transforms it to the CallHandler number, which gets forwarded into Unity.
