Upgrade from CPW-UC-K9 to latest 10.X version /R-CPW-BUNDLE-K9/

Hello, we have performed upgrade of CPW-UC-K9 to current version. The CPW-UC-K9 is covered under old ESW+UCSS service model. The upgrade was done using PUT, to get upgrade licence etc. My question is how to do the service extension. Current contract shows only CPW-UC-K9 and the items are already EoS - we need to cover actual verison - we need to somehow change the data on Contract? Do you know how?

Hi Manish, tried several times .. local Cisco AM does not have clue about CUCM/PSBU/ECMU services, neither about the upgrade process and not at all about the CSCC service registration. I was trying to track some experts in Cisco ... still no way ... there are no docs on cisco.com.
