I have a CUCM 8.0.3 with around 900 registred Phones / Users.
Today, everybody was prompted to change their password, when they login to the webdialer ("Password change required. Please change it from CCMUser page")
I don't want that all the users have to change their password, they should use the old one. I also don't want to change the password of all the users back to default.
Is there a way to set the password to never expire and clear the "", without changing the password?

Yes, there is check the password policies in CUCM under User section.

It's not going to help after the passwords already expired, it will ensure this does not happen again though.
