VG224 mishap

I'm working on a VG224. I must have missed a step because the box comes up as normal showing on the terminal," Router con0 is now available

Press return to get started". I hit return and it just scrolls to the same screen again and again. What is the procedure for getting beyong this?

Also, do you have a console cable plugged in or not may effect this.
