adding vlans in UCS manager

Hello, we have a test UCS environment that connects to to Nexus 5k upstream. Today as practice for learning UCSM, I configured a new VLAN under LAN tab. Once creating this VLAN, we lost connectivity to all our virtual servers in the blades. THe only logging of evidence I can find is the port-channels on the nexus 5ks that connect to FIs flapped as you can see in the logs below taken from the nexus 5ks. when i logged into the fabrics and went into "conn nx a/b" mode I could not see any logs that showed evidence of the port-channels flapping on the FI side.
