Hi,
We have installed ASA 5550 model(5500 series) with IOS 7.2.4 and ASDM 5.2.4.
as per client policy, we upgraded the ASA (followed CISCO recommendation path)to asa917-29-k8.bin
Path:
8.2(x) and earlier → 8.4(6) → 9.1.7
And for ASDM, we upgraded from 5.2.4 to 7.6.2.
ISSUE: While we connect ASDM over webconsole, we are getting " Unable to connect" in IE browser latest version.
Trouble shooting steps:
Checked ASA ip reachable, SSH enabled, Proxy disabled, popup blocker disabled. http service enabled. verified MD5 value, JAVA version. Checked multiple browsers & windows OS. everything is fine.
1. need clarification about the compatibility:
