ASA 5550 Model Webconsole issue

Hi,

 

We have installed ASA 5550 model(5500 series) with IOS 7.2.4 and ASDM 5.2.4. 

as per client policy, we upgraded the ASA (followed CISCO recommendation path)to asa917-29-k8.bin

Path: 

8.2(x) and earlier → 8.4(6)  →  9.1.7

And for ASDM, we upgraded from 5.2.4 to 7.6.2.

 

ISSUE: While we connect ASDM over webconsole, we are getting " Unable to connect" in IE browser latest version. 

Trouble shooting steps: 

Checked ASA ip reachable, SSH enabled, Proxy disabled, popup blocker disabled. http service enabled. verified MD5 value, JAVA version. Checked multiple browsers & windows OS. everything is fine. 

 

 

1. need clarification about the compatibility: 

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/281191384/type/280775064/release/7.9.1.151

Or

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/compatibility/asamatrx.html (Not listed 5550 model/5500 series as EoL)

2. Help us to get access to ASDM via webconsole.
