What is the use of IOIOI port in UCS C series rack servers.. I seen in most of the devices in data center .

Pls explain in detail

That is actually the Serial/COMs port.  I can't "explain in detail" because it's already self-explanatory.

Actually it means taking the device access over console when the device is down or not accessible. Am i correct?
