B460 not detected

i have a pair of B460 M4 servers that my chassis is not able to detect.

i have installed the latest firmware and infrastructure packages.

the coupler also is installed correctly

any idea what could be the problem ?

want to add to the above.

1 power supply on the chassis is dead. would that make a difference ?

Can you please post the error message (discovery failed ??)

that's the problem

there is no error message, ucsm shows the slot as undiscovered.

1 power supply of the chassis has failed. is there a requirement for the B460s for all power to be available.

Do you mean 3 out of 4 PS are working ok ?

Just take one B460-M4 out of the Chassis and see what happens !

this is all set.

i had to suspend the FIC from UCS Central and reseat the blades.

all B460s are now visible
