Hello,
I'm upgrading the UCSM from 2.2(6c) to 2.2(8) version, but after download image to FIs, and then started install. The UCSM show me "pending activities" warning to reload primary FI, but when I clicked on restart now, both FIs and also all blades rebooted.
Does someone had this problem?
Thanks and regards,
Leo Rocha.

Have you made sure that all the Nic's are up and running before rebooting the Fabric interconnect. If the Nic's are not up then you will face weird issue like connectivity loss.

When you kick off a UCSM firmware upgrade, UCSM will be upgraded and the subordinate reboots, without pending activity as designed. There are multiple warning messages in place to advise you to ensure the other fabric interconnect is online before you reboot the primary.
Next time:
1. Start UCSM upgrade
2. After UCSM, Subordinate FI reboots automatically.
3. After Subordinate is back online, Subordinate IOM reboot/upgrade.
4. Once HA ready, then you acknowledge the reboot of the primary FI.
