C22 M3 PSU flashing green, no front panel lights

I know this is an EOL server but it's been working in my lab for years and now, after having it shut down for a while during renovations, when I plug it in the PSU LED flashes green continuously but front panel is completely dark and server won't power on. I've reseated the PSU to no avail. CIMC unreachable (obviously). Any thoughts on reviving this thing, or is it a doorstop at this point?

As per the description if you do not see anything ( is it a doorstop at this point) - but try Open the Server see if you can press Power Plugs and connector and see any Luck.
