c220 m4 with Cavium CN6870C 10G port

I can see Calvium PCI card is installed on the CIMC as below.

It has 2 10G ports, and can I use them as a normal 10G port? Such as assigning IP and connect to a Cisco 3570X switch 10G port

By the way, It doesn't appear on the network adapter tab.

ESXi 6.7 doesn't recognize these 10G ports either.

 - Yes, the Cisco C220 M4 server with Cavium CN6870C 10G ports can be used as normal 10G Ethernet ports. These ports can be used to connect the server to other networking devices or to connect to a network switch that supports 10G Ethernet.

ESXi would need the drivers for that card in order to see the interfaces. You can confirm ESXi can "see" the interfaces from the PCIe bus running this command from ESXi CLI:

#lspci
