Hello,
I have a c240 m3 SFF with an embedded SW raid, and when I check the CIMC, the only storage adapter present is the FlexFlash SD Card reader. The SW raid is enabled in bios, and I am able to access the config from CTRL+M. Bios and CIMC are versions 3.0(3a). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wes is right.
The embedded 'software' raid controller does not have an out of band (OOB) mechanism to provide status/details to the CIMC. The CIMC will not show any details of drives connected to the embedded controller, or the virtual drive config.

Also, VMware does not support embedded software raid controller based virtual drives.
You configure the embedded raid controller virtual drives via the POST time Option-ROM that gets activated with cntrl+M

Are you able to see the disk you created from Webios from the OS side? I dont think the software RAID controller will show up in the storage tab in CIMC.

I cannot install an OS because there are no recognized drives. I also tried to update the BIOS/CIMC to 3.0(4e) but yielded no new results.

What OS are you attempting to install? You probably need the LSI driver in order to see the embedded software RAID.

We are attempting to install windows 10 pro. How would I go about installing the LSI drivers? I've tried flashing them onto a usb but upon booting onto it, it spits out intel boot manager fails continuously.

Hello,
I am a friend working on this server with him. The problem we are having is that the drives only show up in the raid controller configuration menu. Upon entering the windows installer, there are no available drives. The drives are not even available to boot off of in bios.
