C240 M4 stuck at "configuring and testing memory"

Can some one help me with seting up bios recovery mode on motherboard.

I tried removing CMOS battery and still nothing.

It seems that you need to replace the motherboard. If you have a valid smartnet, request an RMA and contact Cisco TAC before opening an RMA.
