Hi,
While on the CIMC, I hit the "Launch KVM Console", but the KVM does not launch, a viewer.jnpl(10.35.XX.XX@0@1350949862108) file is downloaded and I cannot open it. The file size is 0 ko! is that normal???
find attached more details.
help please!

This has been always an issue with JRE KVM. Try using the HTML based KVM or try installing Amazon's JRE/JDK Amazon Corretto.
All the best.

Even when using Amazon Corretto, I'm getting the same error!
I think that is because the file is already empty with 0 bytes size! I don't now if it is normal or not!

Yes. Seems the 0 byte file is the issue.
I've never seen a 0 byte .jnlp file.
If you save the file or use another browser do you get a non-0 byte file?
Is some "security" software blocking/preventing downloading the file?
What model hardware?
What version of CIMC?
If I can find matching hardware/software, then I can try to reproduce your issue.

Thank you for your reply!
the issue is fixed now.
The normal size was fixed by disable and re-enable the vKVM from CIMC CLI.
Some other issues was resolved by power off and then, power on the server from CIMC dashboard.
Also, I did some java security modifications.

Interesting. Can you try HTML based KVM keyboard? Ever since that was launched, that's what Ihave been using without any issues. However it may depend on the version of the CIMC.
