Hi guys,
We have a cisco c series m22o m3 server. We tried to install ubuntu 22.04 LTS and we configured raid using "ctrl+m". We have only one physical hard disk and created a virtual drive in that harddisk. The issue is we are not able to create a partition while installing ubuntu OS. Kindly help us guys

It seems like you ought to be able to install on the last partition. Does the the RAID controller think it is finished building the volume? It might not present as ready if the controller hasn't finished doing that.

What should I do to make it work?

Hi Elliot Dierksen,
Thanks for your concern, the issue was resolved, I updated my server firmware from 1.4(6c) to 3.0(4s) and selected the southbridge option to intel rst instead of LSI mega control. after into the Ubuntu live USB shell I removed old raid metadata (mdadm --stop /dev/md126 , mdadm --stop /dev/md127 and mdadm --zero-sperblock /dev sda ). After finishing this configuration we can install OS.
warm regards,
