Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Support Specialist - Exam requirement

I just want to ask regarding taking the DCUCI exam. In cisco site I can see that the prerequisite before I become certified in 642-984 are the following

1 ) VCP3 or VCP4

2 ) ICSNS/DCNIS or

     DCUCI Qualifier Exam (642-979)

Is this correct or I can take the 642-984 exam and get certified without the exams mentioned above?

Also is 642-983 which is the previous version of the DCUCI exam still valid to take? If it is then up to when? and does the exams mentioned above are also it's prerequisite?

The above pre-reqs are required for the certification.  You can write the 984 exam first, but the certificaiton isn't complete without the other components - just like you can write the VCP exam, but youi're not certified unless you complete the VMware: Install, Manage, configure course.

With bcp u can not do the exam before u do the course then u fill online form to be able to book the exam

For the above cisco ucs exam if u r field engineer for a cisco data center ATP partner you do it and get the certificate without the pre request also u can contact cisco learning to confirm

I see, so I still need to take the prerequisite for me to complete the certification even if I take the DCUCI first.

How about taking the 642-983 exam? Is this exam still valid to take? Because I cannot see the 642-984 exam in the list pearsonvue have

Also "With bcp u can not do the exam before u do the course then u fill online form to be able to book the exam" I can see also in pearsonvue that VCP4 is available to book, (though I did not click and book yet)... Do I need to take the course  first because in Cisco site it says that take only the VCP4 and it didn't say to take also the course?
