Cisco UCS 6332 16UP Fabric Interconnect B operability: inoperable 
Management interface on Fabric Interconnect B is down  showing in the faults
may I know how to fix this?

If all your related VNICs pinned to side B are also already down, then you may want to try removing the power for FI-B for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.  It appears a process/processes has stopped on FI B.

Ideally, if you have time, plug up a console cable to the FI to see what is shown on the terminal before power cycling it.
