cannot create virtual disks or RAID partition. Option 'Create virtual drive from unused physical disks' is grayed out.. Please refer attached screenshots

You are using SAS-HBA. You cannot create RAID with SAS HBA.

Thanks Austin but as per controller info on server its showing RAID controller...snapshot attached....So it means we are good to go with RAID configuration....Please correct me..

All your drives are in jbod mode.. Those will need to be converted to 'unconfigured good'.
After you do that, your raid creation options should become available.
Step 1 |
In the Navigation pane, click the Storage menu. |
Step 2 |
On the Storage menu, click the appropriate LSI MegaRAID or HBA controller. |
Step 3 |
In the RAID Controller area, click the Physical Drive Info tab. |
Step 4 |
In the Physical Drives area, select a JBOD drive. |
Step 5 |
In the Actions area, click Disable JBOD. |
Step 6 |
Click Ok to confirm. |

Old thread, but in case anyone else is interested, if options are grayed out and your drives are already showing Unconfigured Good, you may need to go through the steps on the LSI WebBIOS config utility:
