clear counters interface command on FabricInterConnect

after logging in nxos on FabricInterconnect ,

I used "clear counters interface all" command in order to delete all of the packet-infomations

after than I checked whether the infomations has deleted .

I know All packet-infomations have deleted ,

regardless of deleting These Infomations , I found "Last clearing of  show interface counters" has not changed "

when i used "show int " command .

As For FC port , I found "last clearing of  show interface" counters has changed .

Is this a bug ?
