Connecting UCS2208XP to FI

Hello,

We have UCS 5108 blade chassis, equipped with IOM 2208XP modules, I need a guide for mapping the blades to FI fabric, meaning, which port in the IOM points to which blade, we have four blades, two are working, never used the third and the fourth, now we are starting to use the third blade, the profile configuration is good, but I need to make sure that this third blade can talk to FI and that I am connecting the FEX to FI correctly.

Is this design correct or not?

Hello,

Those errors are normal until you install an operating system on the blade for the vNIC and vHBA drivers to bind to. Once this is complete, those errors will clear.

If you have an OS installed on your other working blades in the chassis, this is why they do no show the same errors.
