One of our customers has a CRS version 5.0(2)SR02_Build045
and experiencing an issue with backup scheduler on the CRS Admin system. The error showing attached from the CRS Admin page..
have checked the log files on the server (under directory C:\Program Files\wfavvid\log\MCVD) and can see the following error:
Exception java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
restarted the server yesterday evening in order to restart the process CRSJavaService.exe. The Cisco001MCVD* logs have all now been updated to display the date of the server restart, however the error message still occurs.
Customer basically can not do any housekeeping on the CRSAdmin. It is not possible to delete prompts using the Prompt Management tool etc.so to get more disk space etc....
At a loss where to go from here ?
Attached is a copy of the latest logs JVM.log, Cisco001MCVD11.log Cisco001MCVD12.log
Appreciate any help in this discussion and hopefully a solution.
Many thanks
Derek

Can you try changing Java heap size on server like:
-Xms<size> set initial Java heap size
-Xmx<size> set maximum Java heap size
-Xss<size> set java thread stack size
You can do that using java console in control panel - JRE settings - Runtime parameters...
