If you don't have that info, I would try just putting some placeholder value, and see if the local emal alerts work successfully (assuming you have correct SMTP, recipient addresses defined. You can come back and update that info, if you later decide you want to setup smart call home (i.e. have SRs opened automatically for you)
UCSM doesn't currently support SMTP auth, so make sure your SMTP server will allow the UCSM FI node and VIP IPs to 'relay' through it.
