I faced a big problem. UCS B200-M3 FRU information disappeared after firmware upgrade.

 Can I recover the fru information?

I would suggest top open a Service Request to TAC. You will possibly end up with RMA.

Do not have a file recovery tool?
For example, to recover from a fru.bak file
This equipment is a warranty expiration device.

Can you attempt to SSH to UCSM and run a 'reset slot x/y'. For example, Chassis 1, Server 6:

UCS#reset slot 1/6
