any idea where i can download this custom ESXi vmware for 7.0.3 u3s? I need this urgently to patch esxi seervers

You can just patch your servers with any ESXi ISO from Broadcom. It does not need to be the Cisco custom ISO.

The Cisco Custom ISO just comes with drivers that help get the operating system installed for the first time.
