Hi all,
I am planning to upgrade cucm 11.0 to 12.5, current esxi version is 5.5 and it is not compatible with cucm 12.5.
In order to upgrade from esxi 5.5 to 6.7 license key upgradation is mandatory.
Can anyone suggest how to upgrade the esxi license key
Note: VMWare customer connect account is not available with customer.

Thanks for the link. I just gone through it , and i can see that it needs a VMware customer connect account.
Apart from that is there any other options to upgrade this license key, through cisco ? as we don't have any VMware account at this moment.;
