Unfortunately, without UCS logging as well it will be tough to say just from the PSOD itself.
Things to check would be the SEL log for the server around the time of the issue, the vmkernel log on the host itself (/var/log/vmkernel.log), and the drivers on the host (if booting from SAN).
vmkernel.log --> Looking for aborts, I/O issues, MCE, generic errors/faults
SEL --> Looking for generic errors/faults
Drivers --> Looking to see if they match the UCS interop matrix
