Experiencing slow performance after upgrading to UCSM version 3.1(3@)

I have recently upgraded to UCSM 3.1(3a) and i am seeing slow performance , takes for ever to login and sometimes sessions hang for about 60 seconds, is there a fix for this?

Greetings.

I just tested 3.13B on both MS edge, and IE 11.2068/U 11.0.51,

and had no issues over a VPN connection.

What kind of login do you have setup (i.e. ldap, tacacs, local), and do you have any additional SSL certs installed.?
