Extend-Timeout Error while creating tech support file for a server in UCS Manager

Hi
I am trying to get tech support file for a specific server in Cisco UCS Manager . Its been 3 hours since it is showing the status in progress and in the events section i found this timeout error
[FSM:STAGE:REMOTE-ERROR]: EXTEND-TIMEOUT:Result: extend-timeout
Code: unspecified Message: Operation already in progress, timeout extension requested.(sam:dme:ComputeRackUnitDiscover:BmcConfigureConnPeer)
Can someone please help me to fix it so that i can create and download this tech support file ?.
