Hi I have setup of 10 UCS C series setup in my Cisco UCS manager. Server 9 and 10 are recently added but it shows some issues of Dimms , CPU etc . can someone please tell me how to download a log file for that specific server 9 in cisco ucs manager. I know the tech support file thing but dont know how to collect specific server logs .

Choose the rack-server option and enter "9" or "10" in the ID field.

Thanks a lot . I started it and after some time it throws me a timeout error ( but tech support file still showing in progress ) ? . Do you know roughly how much time it would take for one server ?
